The story behind

A long-standing friend of the Maison, Virginie Jamin drew her inspiration from a 17th-century equestrian manual whose engravings depict dressage figures for training the horse’s suppleness and perfecting gaits. When the rider dismounts, he leaves circles and semicircles on the sandy floor – geometric patterns that the artist presents to us through a sophisticated composition. An exceptional ballet, at a walk, trot or gallop.
